This hotel is definitely worth considering for your stay. The rooms are cozy with very comfortable beds and come with all the necessary amenities, but there is room for improvement when it comes to the coffee provided. The service was great overall, despite one incident involving my friends and a particular staff member. The location is fantastic, situated in the lovely area of El Poblado, close to a beach perfect for swimming and conveniently near the metro and nice areas of Medellin. As for dining, while the baked apples were delightful, there might be more to offer. The facilities are up to par, making the stay enjoyable, especially with the paid shuttle services available.
